The event venue opens at 9:00 AM, but there's no need to arrive right at opening time. Activities and entertainment will be running throughout the day from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
If you have booked an underground tour or a chimney climb, please make sure to arrive on time for your scheduled slot.

Upon entering the mega-event venue, each participant will receive a wristband that allows free movement — including the ability to leave and re-enter the event area at any time throughout the day.

The event will take place regardless of weather conditions.
In the event of circumstances beyond the organizer’s control, the organizer reserves the right to change the date of the event. Visitors will be informed of the new date in a timely manner, and all purchased tickets will remain valid.
Purchased tickets are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for a refund.
Due to time constraints and limited capacity, an additional ticket must be purchased for two following special activities.
